Sheila Balch - USABIOGRAPHY: I have been an AKC approved judge for over 40 years. I judge Best In Show, all Working, and 7 Herding breeds ( Australian Shepherds, all 3 Belgians, Pulik, and both Welsh Corgi varieties). I have judged several National Specialties both here and in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and South America. I have judged at Westminster two times, as well. I was a breeder/owner/handler of several generations of Best in Show and Westminster winning , Register Of Merit Alaskan Malamute sires. I won our National Specialty three times and retired the challenge trophy. I have been involved with the sport since 1962 and am a lifetime member of the Alaskan Malamute Club Of America.
